And if you want to see other attractions near Bucharest check our day trips from Bucharest.
The trip starts at your hotel in Bucharest, from where the guide will pick you up in the morning.
Once in Timisul de Jos, leave the car in the parking lot and head to the first tourist attraction of the day: the amazing canyon.
The seven stairs canyon is known for the beauty of its waterfalls, the rock walls a few tens of meters high and the ascent on vertical stairs of 15 meters. The car park is at the beginning of the forest road and from there, after a 40-minute walk through the forest, you reach the toll booth. This is where the canyon begins.
The 7 Stairs brook in the Piatra Mare Mountains created this wonder. The name comes from the 7 steps of the canyon which can be reached using the mounted stairs.
The stairs are between 2 and 10 meters high and lead us to a very spectacular rocky labyrinth. The temperature in the canyon is a few degrees lower than outside.
When the water flow is very high, be prepared to get wet because some access stairs to the next upper step go up right next to the waterfall. The canyon journey takes about 30 minutes, and the return is about the same.

Located 30 km from Brasov, Bran Castle is perhaps the most visited tourist attraction in Romania due to both its beauty and the legend of Count Dracula. During the tour inside the castle you will find out what its true history is and what the connection is between the castle and the famous vampire Dracula.
Back to Bucharest you can enjoy the beauty of the Bucegi mountains that frame the road.
Once in the capital, your guide will drop you off at the hotel or at another place of your choice.
